Our Team

Donald Hooker joined Bourne Partners in 2024 as Head of Research and he is focused on developing, sustaining, and marketing research across support of the increasing number of sectors that Bourne Partners covers, including pharma services, healthcare services, pharma, and consumer health.

Prior to joining the team, Donald worked in business development at the healthcare business unit of Capital One. Also, prior to Capital One, Donald was a publishing sell-side equity analyst covering publicly traded healthcare companies for almost 20 years across a number of major Wall Street firms, including UBS, Morgan Stanley, and KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Donald is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and he graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio with a concentration/major in economics. Outside of work, Donald enjoys traveling, restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
